Woody and Troy did a phenomenal job addressing the issue with our water heater. Water heater pilot light kept going out but these two gentlemen were persistent in diagnosing the problem and fixing the water heater. Greatly appreciate you guys and the work that you do.

Maintence at the Villas is great! I had an issue with my water heater and maintenance was super responsive and helpful! Woody came out to fix my tank and was super nice and repaired the water tank quick and easy.

Maintenance at the Villas is always 5 Star! Woody, Troy and Bryan came out and replaced lighting in the kitchen and bath quickly. Always very nice to chat with.

I rented at Victory Place for 2 years. Living there was just fine, and maintenance was great, but there are definitely management issues. When reserving the apartment, the property manager told me that she lived across the street and at it had to be Rossford Schools (important for my son). It is NOT, and turned out to be Lake Local. I was very fortunate Rossford had open enrollment, and my son was accepted for 2 years, but this past summer they ran out of space and had to deny him. This mistake cost me a lot of money to move into the Rossford district. Had the property manager given me the correct information to begin with, I would've NEVER rented. A good property manager should know the school district; just as a real estate agent would know it if I were purchasing a house. When I called to complain to the corporate office, I was told I should've done more homework as a parent, which was ridiculous. What if I lived out-of-state and didn't know anything about the area? Another sore subject is the non-refundable pet deposit and pet rent. I understand it's non-refundable, but I've read on various sites that the money is used upon move out for any damages the pet caused. My pet did cause some damage to the blinds, and supposedly scratches to doors (which the scratches weren't on the ledger; shady to me). That non-refundable money should have been used for that purpose. Instead, I was charged for the blinds out of my REFUNDABLE deposit. I was told the pet deposit and rent are a courtesy that is paid to let them live there. A courtesy obviously to the company because they're pocketing the money. I'm in the process of waiting for evidence of the other damages they claimed to have fixed that were charged to my REFUNDABLE deposit. I wonder if I'll ever receive it.
