They don't look at you as a customer , You are just a Dollar Sign . I was supposed to take over the previous owner's lease and we all agree on paying $2101 for the store about 1000 SQF. First of all IPC send your Application to Continental Realty Corporation in Baltimore that you can't even talk to before you send them a check for $500.00 non refundable then they keep asking you for more stuff every time you send them what they are looking for by email since you can't fax the agent anything since her fax does not work. After twenty four days of waiting on them to get my new business going thats when i find out that the whole agreement had change since they agree with the previous owner to cancel his contract and keep his deposit and some of his store equipment and they want to charge me an Extra $730.00 more from what we agree on in the beginning plus I will have to come with another $2000.00 to write your contract.
