Location is perfect. Close to highways, restaurants and shopping. Blair and Anthony are a pleasure to deal with. Always answer the phone when you need them. Sometimes my mail was in front of my door. I did not even have to go to the mail room to get it. The grounds are kept immaculate. You will never have a problem looking for parking. I highly recommend renting here.

I was searching for a place that is clean, safe, and most importantly has washer/dryer that isn’t shared! I was fortunate to find the manor online and visit it in person. It is a spectacular, gated, complex with tennis courts, basketball courts, mini golf, and BBQ grills. In addition I was able to quit my gym membership since there is one on site here. Other issues I’ve had in the past were snow removal, but guess what, they have underground parking! I’m able to safely park in the garage, and leave with no troubles. Moving into the manor at a time where all houses are insanely priced has been the best decision. We just renewed our lease. Since living here we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Thank you to the IPG team, for all that you do!

Renting with IPG has been an overall positive experience. I have found that the staff is attentive and responds to maintenance requests and other issues in a timely manner. The Bloomfield property could use more upkeep/cleaning in common spaces and the elevator is quite slow, but otherwise I have no complaints.

IPG are great. I have lived in 2 different properties that they managed. They helped my wife and I find a larger place that was more accommodating when we moved in together and we have been nothing but happy. We rarely have any issues with the building or property and the 2 times we did have to call maintenance was quick to rectify the situation.

I’ve been Residing on property owned by IPG in Totowa New Jersey. I’ve been here three years and I absolutely love my apartment very spacious and have lots of closet. in storage space and I’m lucky enough to have two bathrooms for a walk in shower . I absolutely love the management here I Anita and Sean I have been so caring and helpful with anything I need for my apartment.
If anything goes wrong they are here the next day fixing it I can’t express enough how happy I am being a resident of one of the IPG properties. I also just signed another two lease .!

Best apartment property in Nutley! Many amenities in each apartment which makes for comfortable living.
Can easily communicate with on-site Superintendent and Management staff if there is an issue.
Good location for highway access and shopping. Big plus, there is a Gym!

Enjoy every visit to the office. They have been very friendly, fair, equitable, and understanding when I was about to move out and needed to move back in. When there is a problem the office can handle they usually do a pretty good job. However, the other reviewer is spot on with maintenance. It takes more calls than you would expect for repairs, but if you are persistent and follow what each person tells you, then the repairs will usually happen. (More on the order of 5-10 calls, but it can feel like 100).
Of course that may vary from complex to complex as the maintenance staff is I believe different for each complex. This review is for Investment Properties Group as a whole and not my individual complex, thus 4 stars, and this is 4 stars on an "intra New Jersey scale."
