My partner and I were with Investment Property Agency for approximately 5 years (2 different addresses). They have been the best letting agency we have worked with in the decade we have lived in Edinburgh. Incredibly friendly staff and were very quick to respond to issues with the flats we were living in at the time. Only reason we don't let from the agency anymore is because we wanted to move to the outskirts of Edinburgh. Definitely recommend this agency.

Best letting agency I've ever had.

I was with the letting agency for over two years. Any problems were resolved within 24hrs. Anything broken was quickly replaced. They even bought a dehumidifier for the flat when I asked. All the staff I met were really lovely. I can't recommend these guys enough. Shout out to Mike especially who was great from when we met him at the viewing to when he returned our full deposit. Thank you!

Even though my time with Investment Property Agency was brief, they are by far the best letting agent I have encountered. They were quick to act on issues and made my stay in Edinburgh a painless one. The service they provide is a highly professional one, where they look out for both the landlords and the tenants where they can. They are responsive, and no issues while renting. BUT! DO NOT CLEAN upon departure as they WILL charge you £50 at least on "professional cleaning" either way as a standard procedure without any explanation no matter how much you clean or how much you spend on cleaning the property when you leave! Even if you dispute it you will not see your £50 back, it is being taken off your deposit at the end!

We had been with the estate agents for coming up to 5 years and cannot say a bad word about the company and the people, they have been faultless for those years.

I the first few days of renting of no fault of the agents a couple of appliances failed, this can happen anywhere, however within 24 hours the estate agents had replaced these appliances and it was on a weekend which was amazing.
