I’ve been renting from them since March 2023 and so far so good. They get rid of the problem renters and maintenance is always quick and things get taken care of. Very happy with them so far. Highly recommended.

I decided to rent through IPG blindly after needing a space and it was one of the best decisions I've made. As a trans individual, it's hard to find housing even with the Fair Housing Act. But they welcomed me with open arms and no questions asked. I've lived in my space for 2 years, and unfortunately have to leave due to needing a bigger space. I could not recommend this property group enough. Attentive to maintenance issues, reasonable pricing and all round wonderful people to rent from. Brooke and Allie and the whole crew have made my experience one I'll remember for a long time. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on for other available properties within the next couple of years.

UPDATE: decided to move back in with IPG after 8 months renting from another company/property management group. You simply cannot beat the kindness, attention to detail or responsiveness. I’ll never rent from anyone else again!

I was skeptical of renting from a property group hearing horror stories from some of my buddies and their experience with the other ones around town but IPG has been fantastic! My roommate and I have been renting from them since May and they’ve continually been attentive to any maintenance issue. Brooke has made sure to keep in contact with me through email and phone call to make sure everything gets taken care of! It’s awesome to have a landlord group that takes care of their renters!

Brooke in particular went above and beyond to aid me with whatever I needed from the application process to my move. If I still lived in Louisville I would definitely continue to rent from this company. I’ve never leased with a group that made me feel as though I was truly cared for as a person. Would recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Before we moved in, we were told that all 6 of the broken windows would be replaced— that never happened. The roof leaked in several locations. There was mold from all of the water damage that was never property cleaned. There was lead paint in one of the closets. Maintenance would almost never show up— which is really a pain when they want you to work from home because they do not want to enter your apartment because you have a dog. The heating did not work well. The bottom door to our apartment was broken and would not stay shut unless it was dead bolted— they refused to fix it. It was extremely hard to get a hold of our property manager because of the constant turnover. It seemed like every time we talked to someone and IPG they left a month later. We never knew who to contact because the employees were always changing. Our building was on the market— we were told that it was going through inspection, but it was never purchased, and they never fixed any of the safety or Maintenance problems. Overall, We paid too much money for an apartment that rained on the inside, had several security risks, and was cold. Obviously ipg did not care about us as tenants, they only wanted our money. Horrible communication, horrible company. Would not recommend.

There's a girl who works there, I think her name is Brooke, and she was SO helpful. We recently moved in to our new apartment and she was a huge help. Our apartment was so clean, and exactly how we expected it to be! They make themselves super available if we ever need help. Highly recommend
