Went in to the office on January 3rd, 2025, in the morning, to inquire about a potential rental they had available. The older lady behind the desk with glasses was VERY RUDE. I tried asking about the rental I seen on realtor.com and news flash if you didn’t know investment has their own website that apparently you have to look at their rentals to see if it’s available or they won’t help you AT ALL. I’m trying to explain to her that I didn’t know they had their own websites for rentals (my first time renting) and she kept interrupting me and asking “which rental is it? Which rental is it? You didn’t look on the right website. you have to look at our website, I can’t help you. Is it on sackett lane or sonder?” I’m trying to speak and she just kept cutting me off and saying this whole thing over and over. She was NO HELP, she kept interrupting me, and she spoke as if I was some sort of idiot. A little background on me, I’m a business owner and regardless of if she was having a bad day or what, you NEVER INTERRUPT a customer, or a person when they are trying to speak. Its rude and condescending.

This story does have a happy ending though! I drove over to Walker Rentals they are amazing! Once I set my foot in to Walker they greeted me with a smile and helped me WAY more then this “establishment” did. I am a local to Fort Leonard wood and you always hear rumors of this establishment treating their tenants badly. I usually never follow that type of drama but I’m here to tell you all; this place is utter TRASH. Find a better realty office that welcomes you and actually takes the time to help you.

Mike Woessner recently sold my commercial property in St. Robert, Missouri. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the listing period & sale of the property. He had to hit the ground running, as I am an out of state seller and my property was vacant. There was a huge storm at the beginning of the listing period and there was significant damage to the building. Mike had the building secured immediately, and hired the glass company and cleanup work. Mike's correspondence is EXCELLENT!!! He was always available to answer a text or phone call. I would highly recommend Mike for your real estate needs. Plus, he's just a VERY nice person:-)

Take heed of this warning. DO NOT RENT from Investment unless you are looking for major problems. This company is the definition of Slumlords. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT REMT FROM THEM. They will not fix any problems in the home, and will continuously cancel any maintenance request you submit until you physically call them to complain. They will not update anything in the homes and will continue to raise the rent each year knowing full well their homes/appliances are broken beyond repair. The carpets were covered in 20 years of filth when I moved in, definitely uncleaned. I spent the ENTIRE two and a half years in one of their properties with a broken stove and the first two years of that with no vent above. The washer smelled like mold the entirety of the stay. I had multiple days on multiple occasions without heat or AC. I had 4 different blinds on different occasions fall down on my head when trying to open them and was CHARGED FOR THEM. There was an infestation of wasps living inside the awnings above the front door that terrorized my CHILDREN and I each year. The toilets and flooring are so old they perpetually smell like old urine no matter how much you clean. I even had someone try to kick my door down and break the door frame which they did nothing to fix resulting in even further problems with being able to lock the home. Investment does not have you or the safety you and your family in mind, they do not care about you in their homes. DO NOT RENT FROM INVESTMENT, IT WILL BE A COSTLY AND MISERABLE MISTAKE!
