As me and my significant other were looking into a few properties they offer we had an amazing employee Named Jessica that was so sweet and very good st her job. She new information about the few properties we were interested in. And told us so much about them and the neighborhood.
She was so sweet and very professional. We can not wait to decide which home may be our next with company! They truly seemed so amazing and caring about there tenants. Special shout out to Jessica again for being so helpful.

They just showed up at my house to get me to sign eviction papers for nonpayment. I informed them I had paid them over the weekend in the drop slot. I am so glad I got the pictures of my money order….. My advice to you if you use this company is evidence, evidence, evidence it never lies…
My response: ma’am, I paid you on the 15th during business hours to which no single employee was there during the posted business hours. Please don’t try to stretch this as though you were doing any type of kindness. You really want to tell me that your business is so poorly ran that you get payment and two days later you start sending out people wasting company resources to go deliver eviction letters. The employee who showed up at our house has repeatedly harassed us and been rude. Even after you were done explaining your side of this, you repeatedly called me at my work to harass us because you didn’t like how we responded to your threat….. our contract does state a peace clause, to which I feel you have broken now repeatedly.….BTW I am still waiting on my receipt that I requested today the 18th for my payment on the 15th….. you guys are shady as can be you’re refusing my receipt. You clearly posted in a public platform that I did pay it.

After doing business with them, I can attest that all of those statements are accurate. I am always able to reach my local branch regardless of the day or time. The Vice President of the company called to welcome me to the family and also provided me with his personal cell should I ever need him. Investment Realty does business the way you wish all companies would do business.

Renting with Investment Reality has been the beginning of a literally life changing experience for me. Finding affordable rentals in 2024 is difficult enough, to say the least. However, the management team there goes above and beyond to make sure that each experience with them is comfortable and professional. I've had very little issues at all, and the few that I have had were so easily resolved that I couldn't be happier. They're all very communicative and responsive to questions and concerns, and the maintenance team is great too. Having a safe environment to live and grow in to has been the blessing my life needed. I recommend anyone that may be looking for a nice rental at a surprisingly affordable rate, run by wonderful staff, to check for openings with Investment Reality.
