We worked with Shannon to find a rental home as soon as the pandemic lock down started in 2020. Shannon and all the ladies there were very responsive, got us approved within hours of filling out an application.

It was a beautiful home and she even allowed us to bring our cat along. She had it cleaned and the carpets were in great condition.

After about a year of living there, we planned to resign the lease but unfortunately for us, the owner was looking to sell the home. Shannon gave us the option to end our lease earlier if we found a new home, this was not something she had to do but she did. We also struggled to find a home at first so Shannon helped us find an option in Fernley right away. We didn't end up going with that house as we found a home in Reno, but if circumstances were different we would have gladly went with Investors Properties again.

The move out process was painless. We will miss working with these great group of ladies.

As renters, it was our first time moving into an actual house so we didnt know what to expect.. but we are beyond grateful that Investors made it easy for us. They were all friendly every time we reached out.. The process was easy and painless. They always answered our questions in a timely manner. And we felt like they were really considerate of their tenants just as much as the owner they work with.

I rent a home From investors Properties LLC for over 2 years now. The attention they show consistently to any given situation is phenomenal. The patients they had with me when I fell behind on rent due to covid and deaths in the family.
I will never forget and was so appreciated at such a difficult time.
I could have fell victim to the negative events that took place. Losing my home would have pushed me to the edge.

I own a single-family investment rental in Fernley, a 4-hr round trip drive from where I live. I had bad experiences with two other Fernley property managers before I found Shannon at Investors Properties LLC. She is smart, down-to-earth, knows how to fix houses, and has her finger on the pulse for what's going on in Fernley.
