If I could rate them negative stars I would lol. Slum lord central, no phone line available to contact anyone, takes days if not weeks to get repairs done or even a text back from the landlord. You’re better off renting in the hood than renting from investors property management!

There customer service is horrible. If you ever have an issue with your house, it takes them months to even send somebody out to diagnose the issue. Our air conditioners are out in our house, and they are not acknowledging. Worst management company ever. also, we had a leak in the roof which caused mold to grow and it took them 2 1/2 months to even get started on this project.

If you come across this place renting or leasing run!!! We Rented from these people and payed on time for over five years. The woman Sandra who works in the Wimberley office is always rude and disrespectful. We never did a walk threw and was told to rent property as is. We found out the property had bed bugs which they did not disclose. Told it was our problem and payed 2000 dollars to get rid of them. WE had a sewage leak which was left for days before it was fixed. We had small children and animals walking around the waste before they came to fix it. Finally when we were ready to move out.. we left the place in better condition than they left it to us.. including a brand new deck and trash hauled off that was left there from the past tenants. They did a walk through charged us for all the trash and left objects that were there prior and sent it to collection after the owner gave us our deposit back because Sandra wanted to get her money for a walk through that we never got in the beginning. This Lady is a money grubber vulture. We informed the owner of her ugliness and assertiveness to take us to court. He explained that he tried to tell her to let us be as he is sending us a check out of fairness. Be careful and beware!
