The agent from investpro either lied or wasn't aware of how the company operates. She promised things would be repaired but after signing the lease we were told that they were not responsible for any of it. We trusted her. Now we have been here six months and getting maintenence or repairs done has been a nightmare. They do not return calls. They take forever to schedule things once you demand action. I would avoid this company at all costs

BEWARE!!! DOESNT PROVIDE WHATS ADVERTISED. After reviewing the website and talking with the manager, I hired this company to lease my property and to consider them to manage my property. The leasing agent took days to call, then ask me to send my own pictures of the house to post. After I sent my photos, days later the agent still hadn't came to the house however the house was listed. The house was listed with one blurry picture that was cut/ pasted from another site. Once this issue was addressed, there were several issues that preceded:
bad camera phone photos, no virtual tour, lied about the 1st & last months rent, hidden fees not discussed, manager being rude/ talking down to me and hanging up(i hv email and text receipts). It was extremely unprofessional and after paying $3660 for one house showing this was very unjustified. I'm soo glad I did'nt use them to manage my property
Overall, the staff was nice but dont except transparency or good service and make sure you double check your documents.
