We leased a home with IPI Management for 4-years. Our only experience renting through a management firm and our entire experience was great. Starting with Mojgan and ending with Darya, they were both very attentive to our needs. They always had vendors dispatch next day, sometime same day, any time we needed. The home was sold our of their control that caused an unfortunate circumstance for us, during the holidays and a during a wedding period, and Darya managed the situation delicately and with empathy. We appreciate all that she did for us. 5-stars to the entire IPI team.

IPI has been a great property management company. We rent a house from them. Specifically Darya has been so helpful and nice. They are always quick to respond to any issues and have been anxious to solve all problems. Since they took over our rentals, things have been fixed that had not been addressed and ignored for years.

Amazing experience for the past two years living at the property managed by these guys. Darya is a doll and so was the lady before her! Responsive, carrying, fair, straight shooters, easy to reach out to and get a hold of, quick to fix things and most then everything a genuine humans who understood the issues that come with old building. Today we learned our building will no longer be managed by them and I am truly depressed and concerned that the new PM will be like the one we had before IPI which was a horror. Our experience working with Ben and Mojgan at IPI Property Management has been nothing but wonderful! Their online platform makes it super easy to pay rent and request maintenance. They are always on top of maintenance requests and also proactive with the follow-up to make sure everything was resolved. I found my current, cozy dwelling through IPI!  I saw the listing just after there had been a showing, but Ben agreed to make a special trip and showed me the place that very day.  Ben was communicative, responsive & thorough and the whole process was incredibly smooth.  He also went over the lease in great detail which I appreciated.  My last experience with a San Diego property management company was not a great one so working with IPI was a very pleasant surprise! I would use IPI again in a heartbeat.

We were tenants under IPI for just over a year and in that time, we spoke quite a bit! When management changed over, Ben and his team were sure to come by and personally meet all their new tenants and inspect the property. Throughout our time, Ben was willing to hear safety suggestions I had at the time, and to relay them to owners, making me feel my voice was heard. I always felt a professionalism from them that is sorely lacking in a lot of landlord-management-tenant relationships. They take their role seriously and were sure the tenant’s needs were met as much as possible. There was always great communication with the team and our move out process was clear and concise. I would recommend anyone to come under this property management group as a tenant, or to hire them for your property. You’ll be working with true and quality people.
