I recently Purchased a home in June 2023 with Rosa Ruffin as my realtor. Worst experience of my life. She is a scammer and untrustworthy. She has shady business ethics and helped falsify documents in the inspector report to get me to buy a less than adequate home. My children could've died due to undocumented mold and a ticking time bomb hvac unit that her and the inspector documented saying was in good condition which was not true. They'd only replaced the door of the hvac unit with a brand new door. After spending $12000 out of my own pocket to have it replaced, visible burns were found inside the unit, and the serial number on the door was completely different from what was actually on the bottom of the unit itself. After confronting her about it, she stopped responding, and placed a post on Facebook running a special for her illegal edible side gig stating if you mention the code HVAC you'd get a percentage off of her illegal treats. She is an awful person that took advantage of me and my children and showed no remorse. I only wish I'd found out who she was before I dealt with and trusted her. Now I hope to recoup some of the money I spent on this dangerous home, relocate us to a better home as soon as I am allowed, and hopefully save a life. Please don't do business with her.
