Ive had the pleasure of living at a few different buildings managed by Ironstate and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. From their prompt response to maintenance issues to their transparent communication regarding rent payments and lease agreements, I was thoroughly impressed. Ironstate the owner and management company is notorious for keeping your deposit and lying about receipts for repairs.
Not worth the money for an apartment which has substantial problems with old pipes and plumbing that clog continuously, old AC and heater’s that constantly break down and are recycled with an even older unit.
Poor management that has no interest in the overall quality of living in the building
Amenities are ridiculous. Gym is a joke. Amenities fee is preposterous.
Mail system at front desk is shady. Several tenants complained of missing packages with IPhones, small electronics missing until they fired the manager.
Carpets in bedroom appear to be clean until your first vacuuming then it’s too late because you approved the apt during walk through.
Conclusion: there are nicer places. for $4000 one bedroom.
