Isaiah is an amazing Realtor! Recently, he helped us sell our home of 12 years so that we could move out of state. With Isaiah's knowledge of the Real Estate market and the entire transaction, we were able to feel confident in him and the process. He was kind, considerate and extremely helpful from our first meeting to the close of the sale. It was so great to have 2 offers to choose from within a short period of time. Isaiah was our Realtor for our home purchase in Sedona. He was fantastic in all aspects; responsive, communicative, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He is a local and knows the areas, enabling him to able to give local knowledge, tips and information to help make informed decisions.

While Isaiah represented us, it wasn't just about "the sale". At a certain point during a transaction, he noticed a red flag and made sure to tell us, never attempting to cover it up just to make sure the sale went through. We are from out of the area and it made us feel safe and secure knowing that Isaiah truly represented us and our best interests. He jumped when we needed him to, answered emails thoroughly, answered phone calls immediately, and was available ALWAYS when we needed him.

Six months ago, we did not know Isaiah. My wife and daughter met him, by chance, at an open house and hit it off. From that point forward, he was our Realtor and has become a friend. He worked hard to gain our trust, and I highly recommend him and will continue to recommend him.

Isaiah was such a pleasure to work with. He quickly understood what we were looking for and was patient and always professional during our lengthy and complicated transaction. We were looking for a second home and live out of state and he would FaceTime us, send videos, photos and give honest assessment knowing our preferences. He had referrals on hand and he was often a step ahead of our questions. If he did not have an answer, he researched and replied quickly and thoroughly. Isaiah was able to find us the perfect home before it hit the market and couldn’t be more pleased.
