Not a fan of this place.After driving 5 hours we get here and do not have a second parking spot, they were “overbooked”, so the second parking spot we were told we got when booking is not a thing so now our children have to park in overflow parking 10 minutes down the road. The parking lot at the resort is empty. The surrounding public parking is $15-$18 a day and you are not able to park overnight. Not happy with “Brett Robinson” and will make sure we do not book here again.

I loved staying at these condos, right on the beach. It was like staying in a home. Wonderful staff, ample parking, and brilliantly managed. We will return! Fell in l8ve with Gulf Shores!

When we arrived our power wasn’t working in the room looking at the ocean or the bathroom connected little did we know there is a switch by the door on the opposite end of the condo that has to be on for the power to be on in our room, it never said that we were gonna be charged an additional 50$ when we got there for parking, my bed was hard as a rock and broken in the middle, and the couch bed literally wouldn’t come out it was stuck so we had to have one person sleep on a tiny uncomfortable couch. Definitely disappointed after paying 1600$ to stay in this condo I would’ve expected a little better. But the view was great the balcony was nice other than being able to look over and see your neighbors and the location was great. I wouldn’t recommend Condo 703 maybe the others are better. I stayed in 108 in 2023 it was nice no complaints in that one we just wanted higher up!

Stayed in this building this year and last year and had a great time. Two different condos. Condo was clean and ready and we were even able to check in early. We will definitely entertain staying here again.

I just had my second stay here. As far as location you cant beat this, about as close as one can be to a pool and ocean. I want to shout out the pool guy, I saw him working hard and checking the pool all week to keep it in mint condition for guest. You rock!
Not so for the security guys. Never saw them come by the pool area, so they might catch the ugly language, throwing hard balls in the pool and I only encountered them sitting on cell phones. The room was clean and supplied well. The guy at check in was very nice and friendly. My biggest pet peeves are the plug in by the couch (room 504) needs attention. Every and ALL things you plug in fall out with the slightest movement, so many times I thought my phone was charging and it wouldnt even be plugged in. And the smoking section....UGH. Why let people smoke outside the enter/exit entrance to the pool and beach?!?! SAME THING AS IF THEY WERE SMOKING ON THE BALCONY! We dont want to smell that. Not a lot one can do with the classlessness of smokers, but send em farther away HAHA

I love this location, I love the fact they have security cameras on the elevator! The view is to die for and everything you need is close. I would stay here every visit to Gulf Shores.

Review for 809. The master bedroom did not have a fitted sheet on the bed. There was a flat sheet that didn't even fit the bed. The pull out couch was broken. The shower head in the 2nd bath needs to be replaced. The view from the balcony was amazing. Loved the pool area.

Amazing place with amazing view. Pool was clean and enjoyable. Room was really nice and it was a lot better than I had expected for the price we were paying. It’s extremely hard to find a really nice place to stay with family on a budget but this place really takes the cake. Had a really great view of the beach and was perfect for my wife and three children. I felt safe and could enjoy or trip not having to worry about anything. Would rent here again.

June 2024 #305 Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Loved Brett Robinson's quick response to any question day or night via text. Excellent service by staff. Condo Plusses: A bargain deal to be directly looking at the beach, great view, sturdy balcony chairs with 2 cupholders, taseteful beach decor, most essentials are provided except a broom and flyswatter. The minuses:it is small for 4 adults, master bed matrress is very hard! We bought a mattress pad to make it through the week. Please replace or provide a nice thick mattress cushion. Living room area needs one more comfy place to sit for 4 adults. Perhaps remove coffee table or barstools. Master window needs a black out curtain. The hallway lights do not go off becauae it is right by the elevators so room doesn't get dark even with blinds. Last minus, the toilet is miniature. Seriously low for any mature adult. Despite the minuses, it was a good place for the price.
