We stayed in condo 578 but will look for another unit if we come again. The positives were as follows: beautiful beach views from the balcony, great location, , very clean , comfy mattresses, nice pool with very clean outdoor area bathrooms, excellent friendly maintenance crew staff, lovely wall decor and loved the LG washer and dryer.
However the negatives are as follows: the front bedroom was crowded with an extra sofa table? directly in front of the closet. The closet was half full of
JUNK/ painting supplies and an old closet door!!! There was junk in the drawer of sofa table as well. Whoever was painting was doing a terrible job! The bathroom shower curtain liner was cheap and we fought with it every time we took a shower. The bathtub drained very slow, the room needed room darkening curtains or shades which all the light coming in impacted our sleep unfortunately ( they had these in the other bedroom, so go figure?...)
No peephole in the door( security issue)and only one dishtowel .

Great family condo for staying at the beach. Conveniently located in the heart of Gulf Shores. You won't be staying at the Ritz, but you are not in the Slums. Great middle of the road property with nice amenities and a friendly staff.

For the most part island winds has always been a great place to stay. We always meet the same group of people from across the country. Which is great. But there is almost always a problem with the unit. Whether it be furniture the should have been changed out the years before , a washing machine that failed and flooded the unit to bathroom problems, clogged drains and tube water valves flopping around in the wall. These are all things that should be inspected, change and fixed regularly but we will still be back Great location

Beautiful condo that's right on the beach. All the rooms have been updated. 3 bedrooms 2 baths with the master with the en suite and walk in shower. Fully furnished, towels, dishes, utensils mostly everything you would need to live comfortably. The sofa has a pull out couch if someone is into those. Only issue we had was the balcony door was stuck when we arrived. After a call they came out within the hour and took care of the issue. Beautiful condo that we will use again.

We stayed in 476 this weekend and it is was amazing! The owner Doris was so kind and very responsive. My Mom and I had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experiences! Immaculate condos and very pleasant staff, who are great with tips and suggestions. The beach is steps from the building and not crowded. Everything is clean and tidy. We had one window that was ajar and it was fixed immediately. There are washers and dryers in the condos and the kitchens are gorgeous! I felt like I was in my own summer home! I long to go back every year! I won’t stay in any other rental, other than the ones by Brett-Robinson! Truly Magnificent holidays!!!

The condo complex is in a great location on the beach and close walking distance to restaurants. The rental company was terrible to deal with concerning Unit #271. Extremely over priced for the run down condo. It wasn't cleaned very well on arrival, all the furniture was old, dated, and worn out. The bedrooms had long thread carpeting which was old dingy, bathrooms had mold, and light switches were taped up! For $2000 for 5 night, complete slum lord type rip-off!
