This realtor had my family and I (who are pretty much homeless) believing they were the only ones that were going to help me, and work with me, although I have a criminal record. We paid for a credit and criminal check, which I assume covered everything including credit and criminal info and documents. I had to provide all the criminal info and documents myself which costed me more money. I was wondering why I had to do what I paid them to do. Still, I believed in them working with me. Then, when I call after the long holiday weekend to see if there was more I can provide to make sure we get the house that was perfect for my family and I, they tell me they weren't going to deal with it after all, they were going to let the home owner deal with it. What a waste of time dealing with this shady realtor. You would think this business would refund us the money since they aren't going to deal with it, knowing the situation my family and I are in. It makes me wonder how many people they charged for a credit check for something they had no intentions of even dealing with?

I sometimes do a little maintenance work for jc realtors. They are very professional. They manage a lot of residential properties in Desert Hot Springs and Cathedral City, so if you need a place give them a call.
