Jack is an exceptional real estate agent. He is very transparent and honest to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better home-buying experience. From the first day on, he was attentive and thorough throughout the entire process. He always was available to talk and answer any questions we had. Even when I wanted to give up on our search to buy a house, Jack assured me that the right house will come along. He helped us stay within our price range and we got a great deal on our home. We started our home search on at the end of February ‘23 and closed on our home beginning of May ‘23. I can’t believe in a market where houses are off the market within hours or days, we were able to buy our dream home this fast. We love our house and are excited to build memories in it. Jack Hart was very knowledgeable and was willing to be patient and answer all of our questions. He was willing to be our representative and serve our best interest. On multiple occasions he was complimented by the Builders, saying that Jack was one of the more experienced realtors. Jack always made time for us. He would answer questions at night, over weekends, and on holidays. He always made sure we felt comfortable and fought for us when the Builder or Lender did something that wasn't in our best interest. Jack made our home buying experience stress free. I would have no problem purchasing/selling another house with Jack and I would absolutely recommend him.

Jack is so dialed into the what's going on in the market that if you need to Sell your home Fast and for Top Dollar, hire this guy! He knows his stuff and he's got some of the best marketing techniques I've ever seen.
