1) Realtor did not show up to closing.

2) Realtor- referred Title company- Stokes Stockman Title & Escrow missed 2 liens on the home!

3) Realtor got handled by the Selling agent due to lack of experience.

4) Selling Agent from Long & Foster worked in close proximity to the realtor-referred Mortgage Company- Atlantic Coast Mortgage (also the home appraiser)

5) Realtor- referred Home inspector- A Pro Home Inspection passed off many issues in the home.

6) Realtor rebate started at $1,000 then moved to $2,000 by the end of the purchase.
*Met a lady on the plane from Ashburn, in conversation she says I know Jack Lawlor Realty Co and and they are giving $2,500 rebate, so clearly I got handled there and I had no idea!
