I can’t say enough about the sales team at Jackson Acura. I purchased a CPO RDX, and my salesperson Byron, as well as Lenore from the finance office worked with me at every step of the way. Those two are amazing people, and I could not be happier to see them every time I head back to visit for anything. They never once tried to force something upon me that I didn’t need, and more than anything helped me to get a car with the best price and interest rate possible. This differs from other Acura dealerships that I went to in my car search where I was constantly trying to be forced into cars or addons that I did not want. Here, from the moment you step in the door, you can tell that the culture is completely different, and from a customer’s perspective, that speaks volumes.

Took my car for an oil change and Acura recall . Yvonne was rude and unfriendly . This is the car I had bought from the same dealership at 38,000 miles certified car . On the first complimentary oil change they asked for transmission change and other services that needs to be done at 30,000 miles , which technically should have been done .

When asked about the recall the agent again was unhelpful and rude. She said I don't have the part or the manpower to do it . She spoke the company has to inform you about recall but not necessarily have to do it right then . She did not offer any information when the recall part would come in or why the online scheduling let me schedule to recall repair with oil change .

I have never had such awful service before . This is not my first Acura and have used Acura carland for years before . This was my first interaction with Jackson Acura and it is closer to me but I would rather drive farther for better service .

This whole process started back on 10/16/24 when I had my 2020 RDX towed into Acura for a transmission related issue, right from the beginning it took everything to get them on the phone. I did not receive a phone call from Acura regarding them working on my car until 10/23 which is almost a week after it had been dropped off. It started with a transmission warmer and after another week of hearing nothing needed a new transmission. They submitted a warranty claim to Honda which was denied, and explained the cost of the repairs out of pocket, to which I asked if there was any help I could get with cost reduction. In between these exchanges I had reached out to the service manager Rodney Jones a couple different times and left voicemails but never heard back. The adviser actually rolled his eyes and almost scoffed when I told him I had reached out to his manager at the time of pickup. He was the person I intended on speaking with about such reduction in costs but my adviser let me know that he had spoken with Rodney himself and he okayed a 10% discount on a $9,000...which boils down to taxes. So, Acura's district manager of Jackson, the general manager, and the adviser couldn't find a transmission for more than a month which ended up being settled officially on 12/13/24 when they texted me the new transmission was in and would be installed asap. The biggest kicker is when I walked into Acura after waiting for 2 months for my car to be fixed, and was made to feel like an ungrateful human being for asking for more help financially instead of financing on some ridiculous interest rate a reduction in cost would've been nice for my time, but instead I had a loaner car for a month which was only half the time we were waiting and minimal communication. So I should be grateful for that, but the adviser lost his temper when I reminded him that I also was the one who established any kind of communication in the first place and was the one paying the bill, not Acura. To which he asked me are you freaking kidding me? No sir, I'm not I'm paying your busted ass service department $9,000 to sit on my car for 2 months on a job that took you a week total to finish diagnostics, repair and all. He even went as far as slamming his hands down on the desk to establish some kind of relevance to anger. He also managed to accuse me of "messing up my own car," to establish his point. I didn't ask who's fault it was asshole, I asked for your to change the price because it took your company 2 months to find a "common part." To make a long story short, if you plan on spending real money these people don't care. Asking for a bigger discount was the biggest slap in the face to this adviser who was charging me $9,000 for a service that took 2 months to complete. When a service adviser makes a comparison like he had to pay $5k for his new engine and he wasn't happy as a means of leverage over me being unhappy paying $9k for a transmission that took 2 months to replace, I think he might've taken it a little personal. Sir, your engine has nothing to do with my transmission taking 2 months to be finished. Time is money, and if you don't value my time I don't give a shit about your money. Don’t let me forget to mention I paid for parts and labor without financing a single bit of it, I will not be coming back to this dealership regardless of who owns/operates it.

I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. I searched their website, and found they had the car I wanted in stock. I messaged them online, and was contacted back the next day by Paul Silverman. He was very easy to work with, and gave me a great offer right off the bat. I finalized details, and ended up closing the deal just a few days later.

Coming in to finalize the paperwork was very smooth and easy. The dealership looks well run, and Paul met with me and really took the time to explain everything with my new car - a first-class experience. They also did not "sneak in" extra charges - like a "protection plan" that many dealers add. A great deal without the fuss.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new Acura!

I had a great experience in buying process. After taking the delivery of my new vehicle, I noticed TPMS warning on my way back home and I called them. I was told to come back to dealership next day which I did. They fixed the issue but I had to spend 2 hours where for 1st hour nobody touched the vehicle. When I went to ask, they started looking into the issue. That’s the reason I’m another giving back 5 stars else everything was good.

I hope that they don’t have such issue on regular services because I experienced above in less than 24 hours of vehicle delivery.

I take my Acura here for-regular serving and maintenance. The service is good. During my last visit “Cody” did an excellent job going over the maintenance recommendations with no pressure. I love the convenience of offices to do my work while I wait.
