Brought our Jaguar in for simple maintenance appt. Within 24 hrs of dropping off our car, the oil was never changed!! No communication was received from Dee (in service dept), and when WE called Dee was very dismissive and unprofessional. No attempt was made to update us on the vehicle service time frame, and when we said we needed our car we were told “well okay, come and get it.” Informing us they had washed our car was the high point of our visit. Shame really, considering our previous experiences here have been favorable.

Make sure and ask for Neil or Tim! They were honest and knowledgeable, and helped me immensely by providing solutions to reach my goals based on my wants and needs. Outstanding customer service: response time is quick, service techs share photos of the issue/concern I had, and coordinated a Lyft to my home, as I had no ride. Overall, we are happy with our car. Sales was smooth but financing was not. My bank was unwilling to work with them so we ended up going with a different loan option. The APR that was communicated to us was different than what the bank told us. The bank said it was the dealership and the dealership says it's the bank. I would given them 5 stars otherwise. Come with your own financing is my recommendation.

Land Rover Rocklin is fantastic! They communicated with me regularly up to my appointment and confirmed several times. Then when I showed up it was like they rolled out the red carpet. Everything was ready and they accommodated everything I needed while waiting. All employees were super friendly and helpful, I can't speak highly enough of this entire dealership.
