We had a phenomenal experience with Jake and Rachel. The things we loved the most were the personalized service and communication. There is nothing worse than wanting/needing information or answers but being left for days with no callback; never an issue here.We also felt like we were told the good and the bad about each property we were shown which was very refreshing.
