Buying & Selling a house during any time can be stressful, once COVID hit it increased the efforts needed to complete this process and patience levels of many. We took the risk and jumped in with both feet despite our fears . Thankfully we had Sam on this journey with us, he put 110% effort into the listing, viewings and finally the sale of our condo. It was such a relief to have that part off our shoulders and then move into the fun part, buying! Which ended up not as fun as I had hoped, the inventory wasn't as high as we hoped for, but Sam was really focused on finding the perfect house for our family. As a team we continued to search, at any given time he met us at the houses we wanted to tour and always responded to my emails/texts asap. Ordinarily we could just go to open houses, less effort for an agent. However, with COVID he had to accompany us to each one, prep docs to sign etc. There is more involved at this point & I'm sure we aren't his only clients, but he made us feel as though we were. He always took the time to explain all documents and disclosures, process etc, hosting zoom calls to go over everything to insure we were comfortable and informed.

The end result we found our perfect forever home which just closed today. I couldn't be more proud of the house we ended up with and I'm more than excited to move in and start our next chapter. Sam made us feel like family and genuinely cared about us and where we ended up. Because of this we got our happy ending and a beautiful home my daughter will be proud to grow up in. Shelter in place, isn't looking so bad anymore =) Thank you Sam, you and your team are amazing and I'm forever grateful to you.

Who could have predicted that a pandemic would hit the world right as we were putting our home up for sale? If it wasn’t for Sam and his team, we would be facing a very different situation right now. He pushed us to hit the market early, guided us on every single aspect from start to finish, and rolled up his sleeves to get us onto the market for showings right before the shelter in place hit. Sam saved this deal from falling apart several times, and we are forever grateful. It makes me tear up when I think of how this could have gone if we had gone with a different agency and a different broker. I’m not sure how we can thank Sam for the work he put into getting us to close, but we will keep trying. We are so grateful!
