What kind of Realtor would advise a Buyer to pay less than they’re willing to pay

One that’s extremely confident in her abilities to communicate effectively with the Seller’s agent AND also really care about the best interest of her client as a Buyer…. This is extremely rare to find. I’ve had dozens of real estate transactions both as a Buyer and Seller (residential and commercial) and I can honestly say Jamey Tak is the only agent I have worked with that I can confidently recommend to anyone, including my own family, without any hesitation.

My husband and I recently finished two 1031 exchange purchase transactions with Jamey competing with multiple offers in both cases. She excels at her ability to communicate efficiently while also connecting well emotionally with other agents. Jamey Tak is a stellar buyer's realtor. I moved from out of state, and I worked with her for three years. Whenever I was in town, she offered to meet with me to look at houses.
