Jamie did a wonderful job as our realtor. We used her as both a buyer and seller agent for us to sell and purchase. She was always very quick to reply to any questions and did a good job reviewing all documents we needed to sign. She was with us on all our new home tours and gave us very good advise on how to write our offer to get the house we wanted without much hassle.

When it came to selling, Jamie did a great job researching the houses around the market and set very competitive price to bring in buyers and it worked. We had over 40 showings in a week and got an amazing offer for our house.

Finally for closing, Jamie put in additional effort to drive 45 minutes between closing sites to deliver the check for our new house, so we could stay on schedule for moving day.

Jamie was great, at first, helped me a lot. During the process of selling she doesn't explain most of the paperwork, just tells you what to check to get it done fast with little to no questions being answered. Jamie had people she knew who needed a house, told me and I agreed to let them look before it was on the market. Jamie gave them an amount WAY under the value of my home because she knew them. I turned it down. Once on the market she's very good at persuading you to sell to the 1st person to offer the highest, which was in 3 days for me. I perffered to have more bids but she said I wouldn't get anymore people to look at the house and I trusted her. We'd get texts for people interested and she'd turn it down on her end. My house was off the market way too long while Jamie let the buyers breach contract and telling me, "we have time." The appraisal was done 8 days late, 4 days late in getting a loan to buy the house. When the buyer asked for an extension on closing I said no I'm not comfortable with the new amendment. So her broker, Mike called me and told me I had to sign the amendment, my house was off the market too long it will never sell and basically bullied me into signing, I mentioned this to her and very passive aggressively said, " he gave you your options you chose to sign." At the final closing Jamie left in the middle of it before I signed anything, one thing that should have been cleared up was the estimate she gave me left me short several thousand. Her reason for leaving was that "they appreciate and respect her." Very unprofessional, she also expected me to remember how to close the deal, her not being there she couldn't do it. Unfortunately nobody asked me for the keys and garage door openers after the signing was done and I got a call from their lender saying they need it. I text Jamie and she asked me to please go give it all to the new owners. I don't know how she has a 5 star rating, I'm guessing it's because past clients just do what she says. I just happen to call her out on everything being breached in the interest of taking care of myself. Jamie and her broker Mike worked for the buyer in the end, not me the seller who hired her and when I asked her if this is how her and her broker do business she said yes. They do not follow Wisconsin realestate laws either. Had she listened to me and done what I wanted this review wouldn't be here. I would never recommend Next Home to anyone. My biggest mistake in all this was trusting Jamie's judgment and allowing them to push me around.
