Janeen came highly recommended from several of our good friends and we were so grateful to have her to guide us through our home buying experience. Janeen worked to really understand our specific needs for a house and stayed flexible as our needs evolved as we saw more properties. This market (Nov 2022-April 2024) has been really wacky and Janeen was excellent with deeply understanding the market and giving great guidance on where properties will land on price. I was especially impressed with how well Janeen handled a dramatically different market vs the one our friends has been buying in the year prior, she's really able to move at the pace of the market and based on our needs. When it came to negotiating price, I was grateful to have her as steady hand and sounding board, during what was a stressful time. As a bonus, she also has a very cute dog Jagger!

Janeen was outstanding. We met Janeen at an open home several months before we started the formal buying process. We would have typically interviewed 2-3 realtors to check for fit with us and general skills. In Janeen's case, we did not see the need and started to work with her right away. Since we were remote buyers (job relocation situation), responsiveness and recent market knowledge were key for San Francisco. Janeen really invested time with us. Her videos on open houses to us were incredibly useful and helped us to narrow down home types and neighborhoods. When it came time to put in our offer, Janeen's recommendations on price points and buying strategy were spot on. She also helped us after the sale with recommendations on contractors. Janeen has my highest recommendation, and I would recommend her without hesitation!

Janeen was a fantastic realtor for us, from start to finish. As first time home-buyers, we knew basically nothing about the process, and she guided us thoughtfully at every turn and was always available and communicative. She had incredible attention to detail, often finding things in the disclosures that no other agent found and that we certainly would have missed. Ultimately, we landed our dream house in San Francisco and it is all thanks to Janeen.
