JANELLA IS THE REAL DEAL! I was looking for someone to sell my income property in San Lorenzo. Having moved to Los Angeles and no longer being in the area, I needed someone who I could trust to own the sale from end to end... that meant leading repairs and cleaning after the tenant move out, prepping for market (landscaping, staging, etc.), owning the sale activities, and everything in between.
