First and foremost, I have to say that selling a house is WAY more stressful than buying a house. However, Janet made it extremely easy. Her knowledge of the market, organization, and kindness cannot be expressed with words. We sought to sell our house during a very difficult and uneasy time in the market. Janet's skills and knowledge-based knew exactly where our house valued on the market and she targeted that demographic with expertise and perfect precision. She is kind, witty, a hard negotiator, and most of all honest. If you are in need of a realtor I would 10 out of 10 recommend. I believe it is also important to note, I was overseas for the entire listing, staging, showing, signing, and closing of our house. Janet was extremely responsive, coordinating, and helpful throughout the entire process.

Janet is an amazing person. She was always available to answer my questions and or to come over and discuss what I could leave for the new owner. She took items to the dump for me and even took a bag of trash, when I could no longer use my trash cans because they were full just before I left the house. Just sorry I can't use her when I buy my new home in Virginia.
