After owning our home for a few years, here are my pros and cons for purchasing through this business as a first-time home owner:

First, let me start out by saying no hard feelings. If you are new to home buying, consider all your options available and bring someone who knows what to look for and/or has home buying experience. If you have experience with home buying, I would recommend considering this business. Our ignorance as first-time home owners, I feel, was taken advantage of slightly, but not on purpose or in a negative way. Our agent was Kati, and it was pleasant working with her. Very nice and outgoing. 5/5 Customer service 👍

Pros:

• Good amount of communication
• Lots of recommendations for local repair companies
• Great conversations and laughs
• Fair amount of options for houses
• Upstanding and exceedingly nice and polite agents. Great people
• Decent guidance post-purchase

Cons:
(Keep in mind these are possibly fueled by our lack of knowledge as first-time buyers, and you may not experience these cons)
• Lack of knowledge on house technicals
• Lack of recommended next moves
• Lack of communication in regards to the build quality of the house and how much below average it was for the given price and if we should consider a different house
