Tabor100 has been a tenant of JCR for a several years now. The building is maintain very well from the landscaping to the paint and window cleaning. There is always someone from JCR outside cleaning up trash that is left around. If we ever have a need or emergency the tickets/request are processed quickly. We always have JCR checking in on us, even when they notice we have light bulbs that are out!!.
Overall we love it here. Its a very clean and professional environment.

Our company has been at South 405 Place for approximately seven years now, and we couldn't be more happy about the way JCR Development takes care of the facility and grounds. We've had offices in numerous other office buildings and that wasn't the case in those buildings. We have also gone through three lease negotiations with JCR Development and have found them to be very responsive and helpful in getting those negotiations over the finish line to both parties satisfaction.

I'm a tenant in one of their buildings, and I can't say enough positive things about them! Great response to any maintenance issues, great communication (especially from Jessica), and they even have fun events from time to time for everyone in the building!
