If you are reading this, it is in response to GUY VANA & EMMA VANA, their review couldn't be anymore more inaccurate. That was my house you were renting, so I will take the time to correct your lies. With the electrical we tried MULTIPLE times to fix, which, according to you we couldn't come in due to your concerns with Covid. I paid multiple electricians when we lived their, before we tried to rent it, and again before you wonderful folks moved in, I have the receipts. In regards to the "roof collapsing" (t was a small section in the family room) I was on the phone with JD that Friday NIGHT MULTIPLE times when it happened, that Saturday and Sunday. We were trying to fix this issue, which was taken care of on Monday, even though we were met with push back to enter the house, again. Addressing the gardner not showing up, this is the first I have heard of it, as usual people wait to blast others without taking the proper steps to fix an issue, they just want to complain. If the gardner "barely ever came" you should have let us know, remember I was paying him as well. Last but not least, you did not decide to move out, we PAID you to move out as we decided to sell the house. So as usual folks, don't trust what you read on he internet, people will justify their actions to fit their agenda.
I HIGHLY recommend JD to manage your property, be your real estate agent or anything else you may need.

Josh, Mike and the team are kind, thoughtful and responsive people. Every time we reached out with any issues at the house, they got back to us right away and coordinated with their handyman to come over at a time that worked well for me. I really liked all the companies they worked with and the people that came to the house - everyone was kind and pleasant to work with. They were always helpful, gave wiggle room when we needed it, and were just down to earth, nice people.

Our neighor used this business to find tenants and we were left with rowdy college kids that constantly smoke weed, throw parties, and harass our dog. I've sent in many complaints to them but nothing has changed. I've gone as far as filing a report with the Department of Real Estate and contacting my lawyer.

Very hard to get a hold of anyone. Property manager didn’t show up on day of inspection and charged me extra without letting me know. Several maintenance requests went months with no response, to include the microwave. Had a gas smell also which I reported and when they sent someone to check it out after weeks, they charged me extra even though they said they wouldn’t. Would not recommend to anyone.
