I am more than pleased with choosing The Chen Team, (Jeff and Eva), to sell my mother's house. It was a very stressful time in my life, but Jeff came in and took the stress off my plate. Jeff and Eva were so professional, knowledgeable and patient. They always kept me updated on the progress. I never had to wonder what was happening. They always made me feel that I was their top priority.

Jeff and Eva were amazing partners to have in our first home purchasing experience! The things that stood out to us most about them are their responsiveness, attention to detail, and relationships. On responsiveness, they were always prompt in answering questions we have any time of the day and would set up tour schedules immediately upon request, even accompany us in the midst of the worst rain storm the bay area has seen in years. On attention to detail, we learned so much about what to look for in the mountains of documents thanks to the items they would highlight to us in their review. In some of the older homes we toured together, they would also provide great insight on potential issues and costs to update or remodel from looking in detail at the home's condition. Finally, the big thing that really set Jeff and Eva apart that gave us a huge leg up in the process is their relationships and connections with the broader network of professionals. So many times they would already have established rapport with the seller agent or know about the details surrounding a comparable sale because of their network. Even the lender they recommended has been amazing to work with. In the end, we attribute a huge part of our success in getting our ideal home to Jeff and Eva's support and advice, especially around the importance of making a good impression and having a great cover letter. Through it all, they never gave us any pressure when we wanted to take a different approach or passed judgment when we held unrealistic expectations.

It was wonderful working with Jeff and Eva! They helped us find and sign on our new house within just 1.5 weeks after meeting them - faster than we ever could have imagined. They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented throughout our housing search process.
