Jennifer worked with me over more than a year as I was not in a hurry to buy. She kept me informed of possible properties that would fit my needs- size, location, and price. We looked at quite a few houses and she was always great about getting the disclosures to me quickly. Jennifer is not your typical real estate agent, she is local, cool, and very supportive. I had the pleasure of selling my condo in Aptos with Jennifer Poli. I moved out the area and needed someone I can trust, could be my eyes and ears and get my condo remodeled and repaired. Jennifer managed to interview, obtain bids, and worked with the contractor we selected to get the condo in beautiful condition and physically did a lot of the work removing old appliances and items to get my place market ready. The condo looked so amazing that I became emotionally attached to it and wanted to not sell it anymore! It was that great! My family had to talk some sense into me to let the condo go as it was too much work not living in California. Jennifer did many showings and a week of open houses, and we had multiple offers. Jennifer is someone you can trust and a great communicator throughout the process.
