Absolutely loved renting a little over a year ago, but now we are being threatened to go to court by the town of Kinnickinnic. Our carbon monoxide alarm went off at towards the end of our lease and we got a bill from the town of Kinnickinnic for the fire department having to come out. Our insurance policy that we had wouldn’t cover it due to nothing being damaged. We have been trying to communicate with Jenkins property about this bill, even went in to an office building and was told we would get a response back and never did. Just have been completely ignored. We have just been waiting for OVER A YEAR for a real response from the landlord or anyone. It’s a simple yes or no, I don’t understand why it’s taking this long.

Edit: oh, so does this look clear to you? Funny how once I write a bad google review I get a real response. Also it says “resident and non resident OWNERS”

Edit #2: But we aren’t the owners of this property? Also it’s absolutely ridiculous how NOW we finally get a real response.

I've had some pretty bad landlords in the past but these guys were professional and were a pleasure to rent through. We took very good care of our apartment and made sure it was spotless before we left, and they gave us back our whole security deposit which was exciting. They also had great communication with us! Highly recommend!

Jenkins property management has done a wonderful job with our rental! They provide great communication for the renters and from the renters. Jenkins Property Management has managed two renters in our rental. Between each renter they communicate about possible needs of the rental and are always clear about costs. There are no hidden fees from Jenkins Property Management I highly recommend them!

They took over the management of the property I'm currently renting. Best change ever! They truly want to take care of their tenants and keep them happy, not just coast along doing the bare minimum to keep the place functional. I'd definitely rent from them again.

Jenkins is by far the best property management I have experienced. Applegate managed the building I was living in prior to Jenkins... once Jenkins took over it was like I was living elsewhere and had a weight off my shoulders. They fixed more things in 3 months than applegate did in 3 years. (the things applegate didn't respond to, which is everything). Jenkins is very receptive to tenants and they take good care of you! Shannon with Jenkins is absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend!!!! I hope to see Jenkins manage more rentals soon!
