Great experience with the sale of my lakeside cabin. Cherie was very professional and helpful from assisting in staging and other suggestions to promote the sale of my cabin. From signing the sale contract to the closing was within two weeks. Pictures were taken, the property listed and the showings started the next day with offers the following day. Cherie did a great job. Would recommend Jenkins Realty use them again.

Cherie keeps you abreast of every single detail. Cherie checks out every potential buyer --- you do not have to guess with Cherie if a potential buyer is qualified or not. All details of the progression of the sale is handled precisely on time and Cherie will call you or text you regularly to keep you informed.
