A friend referred me to Jenn Collins when I was considering buying my first home and looking for a realtor. I had no idea what I was doing, therefore, it was very important for me to find someone whom I could trust to guide me through the process every step of the way. From the first time I spoke with Jenn, I felt at ease. She explained the process to me very thoroughly and in layperson's terms, to ensure I understood. She was incredibly patient with all of my questions and indecisiveness in the beginning and never made me feel silly for asking questions. Ultimately, I chose the Jenn Collins Group because I felt confident in Jenn's experience, expertise and knowledge of the East Bay, as I had never lived in this area. While there are many things that Jenn did to earn a high rating from me, the thing I valued most was her dedication to making sure I found a home that "fit" me in all aspects. She then took that location and suggested a city within my preferred distance from work. Throughout my search, she reminded me of the attributes I was looking for, and guided me to a condo complex near downtown. Her suggestion of Walnut Creek was perfect! As we worked with Jenn to prepare our home to go on the market, one of the most positive aspects was her ability to listen - to listen to our needs and desires, as well as to be direct with her professional input. Each concern we shared was addressed, and every success we had was celebrated together! I can truly say that Jenn earned every penny of our commission - and if it were feasible to change that split between buyer's agent and seller's agent to 1%/5% I'd do so in a heart beat!

Jenn Collins was the natural choice when it was time to sell our Oakland home: She came highly recommended by my prior buying/selling agent in Los Angeles when I was initially looking to buy a home in Oakland, and we've never looked back.
