Jenn was great to work with. She was very hands on, listened to what we wanted, used a very professional photographer, worked hard with the buyer and helped coordinate his funding, and was a perfect go between for us and the buyer. There were issues with getting an inspector scheduled and Jenn had no compunction about wading in to get things moving. Even after the sale she has followed up with us and has helped greatly with facilitating our move, even finding and scheduling a cleaner. We are so glad we chose her to represent us.

I had spoken with another realtor about selling our house in Morton, and had not committed to him because he wasn’t providing good information and was asking me what it was worth and how he should market it.

During this time, as I was wrapping up improvements on the property, Jenn pulled into the drive and everything changed. With no commitment, and little encouragement on my part, she came back a couple of days later with a full market analysis, a great selling price, and a real plan to sell the house (which included interested buyers).

The house sold the first day on the market. The sale was a little complicated, but Jenn had everything organized, prepared, and well coordinated with the title company to give us a trouble-free closing. She even brought over some of her own hoses to help me get the sprinklers going so the grass would grow, and checked on it and kept it watered while I was out of town.

As a first time home buyer my anxieties were through the roof. Jenn not only listened to each of my concerns, but provided the data and guidance I needed to make an informed decision. Jenn is patient, knowledgeable and above all else a true gem of a person. Our initial conversation was extensive and she really listened to my wants, needs and uncertainties. She is a solid communicator and made sure I understood potential risks and explained various parts of the home buying process I was unsure about. When it came time to put in an offer she used her extensive real estate knowledge to get creative and partner with the selling agent and our loan agent to ensure everything closed smoothly and on schedule.

She is proficient with all of the tools needed to thoroughly evaluate a property. From GIS reports, MLS data, county records and more. Jenn is well connected and loved in various communities and really goes above and beyond for her clients. She made me feel Iike I was her top priority even though I knew she had several other clients at the same time.
