A difficult transaction successfully completed. We just completed our second sale of a property with Jeremiah as our Realtor. It was a condo with common area issues that made conventional financing not available. Jeremiah did coordinating of repairs to get the property ready to sell. We had two offers and acceptance where the buyer backed out. The third time was a charm and has been completed. Jeremiah was great in answering questions and keeping us posted on progress.
