Jeremy Mavis is the realtor who assisted us in buying a cabin in the Hayward area. Since we live in a southern state, schedules for walk throughs and viewings were a bit hectic, and we couldn't be onsite for the inspection. Everything, including a bit of back and forth with the sellers was done through emails and phone calls. He was meticulous about the paperwork, he was prompt in responding to questions, and he was great for advice on trades people or services we needed to close the purchase with confidence.
