Outstanding Service from Victoria, Highly Recommend!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Victoria at Jessup Auto plaza during the purchase of my 2025 Cadillac Escalade. From the moment I walked in, Victoria was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly took the time to listen to my needs and preferences. What stood out the most was how transparent and patient Victoria was throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just honest advice and clear explanations about the options available to me. She made sure I fully understood all the features of the car, the financing options, and answered any questions I had and also walked me through the steps making everything easy.
Not only was she attentive and beyond compare, but she went above and beyond to make sure the whole buying experience was seamless, from showing us a premium luxury vehicle and signing papers. I left feeling confident and excited about my beautiful purchase. She also introduced me to Braulio the General manager who was also welcoming, helpful and friendly, you can tell they both love what they do and just make you feel at home.

First time buyer and I can honestly say I felt in good hand's. Since the moment I stepped in Preston Eberline had a calm and genuine approach, we had been talking for a week prior to me showing up to the dealer, very informative. Answered and asked me questions making sure I didn’t forget to ask any questions. We filled out paperwork and straight to the test drive which was really nice to have after sitting for hours at another dealership! Jessup Chevrolet offered me a great deal on my new Chevy Colorado Z71! It was such a great experience that I had no qualms about driving 2.5 hours each way to get the deal done. I worked with Kayla, Victoria, and Richard, and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. There were no surprises when I arrived, and there were no high-pressure tactics to upsell me. I am so glad I asked beforehand if they had any required add-ons (which they don't) because other dealers were requiring $3K-4K add-ons that were not made clear to me (like anti theft devices and paint protection)... Jessup doesn't play those games. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience.. these guys do it right!
