Jill has a very good feel for the Oakland real estate market and gave us excellent advice on preparing our condo for staging and sale. She works with an excellent handyman and staging company for preparing a home for sale. Jill has a good eye for design and even brought in some of her personal effects for the home showing. She helped us pick out new flooring and paint colors to make a perfect showing. Jill is very careful in putting the contract together for an offer and gave us excellent advice in finally achieving a relatively quick sale and at a higher than offer price. She knows the local market well and can price the home accurately for a sale.
