I hired Jim Callahan to sell my house which had been on and off the market for over two years. From the beginning, I was really pleased with how our relationship worked. I always knew what was going on. If he had recommendations he made them, but decisions were mine. I wasn't handed off to an associate; Jim handled open houses and all the communication until we were in escrow, when he used an escrow facilitator to make sure everything was timely. My house went into escrow 2 months after the listing was signed, and closed about 6 weeks later. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jim again and will certainly recommend him.
