Knowing hat Jim was well known in the area, I asked for him to sell my home. Prior to signing the contract he told me that I should list the home from $599k-$649k as the home needed work. Comps in my area were well over $700k. I didn’t feel good about this so I went with another agent, Hind Aineb out of Los Angeles. An out-of-market agent knew more than the in market agent. Hind was on my side and worked diligently to secure $720k for my home. My opinion, either it was ignorance and/or he was just working for his investors for a quick flip. Leaves you to think, will he do this to you too?
