J&J Properties offers great student housing It’s close to campus and amenities, making it easy to get to class or grab stuff. There's enough room for a comfortable lifestyle. They are clean and well-maintained. Occasionally, there is minor maintenance issues, but the management team is responsive and helpful within minutes they assist. It’s a good choice for students looking for affordable housing without sacrificing proximity to UA.

My son is renting with J&J Investment Properties for the first time this year. The entire process has been excellent. The company is very organized. Most important, they are very responsive to questions and always available when you call or email! Definitely an above average landlord!

This is the first time that I have rented through J&J in Albany. They are great with communication and are very quick to respond when you have questions/concerns. The house that my friends and I are renting is kept up to date and in great condition. J&J is very understanding and super transparent. Renting with them has turned out to be a great decision, and I plan on renting from them in the future as well.

I have been living with JJ as my management for a while now, I have never had an issue with them whenever we need maintenance done. It is super quick if we need to get a hold of management, they are also very quick to respond and everyone who I have spoken to that works for the management company has always been very helpful and respectful recommend housing with your management company

I have rented through J&J for 3 years now, they’re by far the best landlords in Albany. They are great with communication, they keep their properties up to date and they’re very understanding and accommodating for all situations. I will only rent through them while I am still in school, no questions asked.

Our daughter and her roommates have lived in off campus housing owned by J&J for the past two years and it has been a great experience. Franchesca has been great to work with and very responsive to the girls and Justin has been very helpful and understanding. We highly recommend them for your off campus needs!!

I want to thank everyone at J&J for a great off campus experience. My daughter and her roommates have had a great experience living off campus in their properties the last few years. They are always prompt in responding to any concerns or questions and matainance has always been quick and professional.
