We are very happy with Janet's service in selling our sister's property in last December. Last September when my sister decided that she could no longer live by herself in her home, we would need a reliable and efficient realtor to handle the property sale because we all live miles away. Janet helped my sister to buy the property 2 years ago and she has been sending my sister birthday cards and Christmas cards, so I called her office. Janet was quick in providing us the required documentation, market research and strategies in the selling process. She was very helpful in assisting in the cleaning, repairing and preparing the house for staging. Although the market was slow in October and November, Janet managed to find prospective buyers and got us an offer with quick closing in December. We appreciated very much her professionalism, market knowledge, problem solving and after sale services. While most realtors I work with may not keep in contact after the sale, Janet is different.
