I flew in from out of state to inspect the property before making a final purchase decision. Joanne did an excelling job in coordinating, both my schedule, and the Home Inspector's schedule to be there at the same time. I do not live in Yakima anymore, but still owned a CO-OP apartment there. I contacted Joanne Melton because she had listed an apartment nearby.
