I am compelled to write this scathing review about my abysmal experience with Who Next Real Estate, specifically with their agent Joe. My encounter with this company and individual left me utterly disappointed and regretful. I recount my grievances below to forewarn others about the sheer incompetence and unprofessionalism exhibited.

To start, Joe, the assigned agent from Who Next Real Estate, utterly failed in delivering even the most basic requirements of a competent real estate professional. From the beginning, his lack of knowledge and expertise was apparent. He seemed completely unfamiliar with the properties he was supposed to represent and was unable to answer even the simplest of questions. It was clear that he had not conducted any research or preparation, leaving me feeling frustrated and discouraged.

Moreover, Joe's communication skills were abysmal. He consistently failed to respond promptly to my emails and phone calls, often leaving me waiting for days without a reply. This lack of responsiveness and disregard for my time demonstrated an astounding lack of professionalism. It seemed as though he had no genuine interest in assisting me or fulfilling his obligations as my agent.

Throughout the process, Joe demonstrated a complete lack of ethics and integrity. He deliberately withheld important information about the properties I was interested in, including significant defects and issues. This intentional deception is unacceptable and displays a complete disregard for the trust and well-being of his clients. Joe's actions have not only compromised my investment but also forced me into unforeseen financial burdens as a result of his negligence.

To make matters worse, Joe's demeanor was condescending and dismissive. He exhibited a total lack of respect and common courtesy, often speaking down to me and belittling my concerns. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in any industry, especially in one where providing exceptional customer service and support should be paramount.

Regrettably, my attempts to address these grievances with Joe and the management at Who Next Real Estate were met with indifference. They displayed a complete lack of accountability and failed to take any meaningful action to rectify the situation or even offer a proper apology. This lack of responsibility, combined with the poor conduct of their agent, further exemplifies their disregard for customer satisfaction and highlights their incompetence as a company.

In summary, my experience with Who Next Real Estate and agent Joe was an absolute nightmare. Their incompetence, poor communication, unethical practices, and unprofessional behavior have left me deeply dissatisfied and regretful of ever engaging their services. I implore others to exercise extreme caution before considering Who Next Real Estate or working with their agent Joe, as the potential for a similarly disastrous experience is highly likely.
