A realtor named Jaleh Belus that works for this company scheduled an appointment with me that I was admittedly late for, I then apologized and we agreed on a time we could meet an hour later. I showed up 20 mins earlier than I expected and she had already left the property. I called three times and she answered on the third, then explained to me that she was too busy talking on the phone to call me and inform me that she had decided to cancel our appointment. She showed no remorse and explained that I had been late initially, as if that somehow absolved her of her decision to spite me and leave me hanging. MY being late was a mistake, her leaving without contacting me was a vile and conscious choice. I would recommend specifically not doing business with this person, and most likely take a pass on any company that would think it was a good idea to associate with a person like this.
