My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Abrams. She knows the area well and was able to give us valuable insight on features of the different neighborhoods. She allowed us to picture ourselves in the homes that she showed us without trying to persuade our opinions. If we asked questions, she gave us honest answers. Our real estate agent, Amanda Yeo, was incredible. We're first time homebuyers who came with a big list of needs, a reasonable list of wants, and a budget that didn't match either of those lists. Amanda worked tirelessly, patiently, and kindly until we found a house that hit it out of the park! She helped us so much by coming up with ideas that were not in our original plan, not anything we'd considered, but still fit our needs. Worked with Sam Burke, this guy knows what he's doing, extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and calls quickly and stayed in touch throughout the entire home buying process, if I ever sell or buy again I will look up Sam again, it's hard to find this kind of quality and caring anywhere in the world today.
