When you walk in the office you’ll feel a quiet competence from the friendly folks there. Our experience with Diane Melvin in buying our Anacortes home in the frenzied seller’s market of early 2022 was exemplary. Diane guided us, with infinite patience, through our 1yr+ home search. Then answered our many contractual and procedural questions as we put together a bid and worked to close the deal. Diane is an expert in home buying/selling logistics but perhaps even more importantly has a keen awareness of and appreciation for the emotional roller coaster her clients experience and helped us keep some semblance of sanity throughout. She’s a gem.
